Irish Brownie Parfait

This was the simple dessert I told you about yesterday that I found on Pinterest. I was searching just the night before because I ran out of time during week. I found this and knew that it would be a hit! It was super simple to make...inexpensive...not too heavy after a big meal...and most of all, delicious.
There is a brownie on the bottom, then vanilla pudding tinged with green (next time I will add some mint flavor to it), followed by cool whip and then an Andes candy on top. Super good! And I made them hours before hand and they stayed very nice and the brownie did not get soggy in the refrigerator. Love it! Give it a try at your house!

     This post has been churning in me for months and knew that I wanted to write it and post it one day. 2020...What does that look like to you? I am ready to BLOOM!

As I sit here at my desk, we have already gone through the first few days of 2020. I keep shaking my head when I think that we are already 20 years into this century. Doesn't it feel like moments ago we were talking about Y2K? So much has happened since then. Matthew and I were talking just this morning that I will turn 45 this year, and how half of my 40s will be over and how fast they have gone. And how difficult they have been. But I have hope. Warning: Do you think your child may be Dyslexic?

Three years ago today our world changed so much here at the Reynolds Nation. On that day we found out officially by the psychologist that Judah was dyslexic. I had been concerned for about 9 months that he was...I had heard on Good Morning one day what are some of the signs of dyslexia. Though I always watched my kids for dyslexia, Judah just didn't have the classic signs... like the turning of the letters B, D and P.  Everyone always looks for that, but Judah didn't do that.
