Does anyone know where the muffin store is?


Well, I am sitting here with my kids still wondering if we are going to go swimming. The weather has been so unpredictable. Usually in the summer it will rain in the afternoon, but lately it has been raining all day or just cloudy and hotter than blazes. The humidity in Florida could kill you! I am watching my little Judah scoot around the living room...he is so sweet. He scrunches his nose up when he smiles, you could just eat him up. William is playing with his new blocks...he likes to build tall towers and knock them down. I know that one day I will miss his messes in my living room. He is so funny. Yesterday at breakfast I asked him if he wanted any more cereal and he looked at me with the most 'matter of fact' face and said, "no, I want pancakes." I laughed so hard. And then last night he was asking if I could take him to the muffin store. Does anyone know where the muffin store is? Obviously William thinks there is one out there. If you find it, give me a call!

How cute, I'll keep my eye out for the muffin store- or perhaps he's referring to the bakery at Publix- yum!

I do not know where the muffin store is, but do you know the muffin man? I believe he lives on Drury Lane!

     This post has been churning in me for months and knew that I wanted to write it and post it one day. 2020...What does that look like to you? I am ready to BLOOM!

As I sit here at my desk, we have already gone through the first few days of 2020. I keep shaking my head when I think that we are already 20 years into this century. Doesn't it feel like moments ago we were talking about Y2K? So much has happened since then. Matthew and I were talking just this morning that I will turn 45 this year, and how half of my 40s will be over and how fast they have gone. And how difficult they have been. But I have hope. Warning: Do you think your child may be Dyslexic?

Three years ago today our world changed so much here at the Reynolds Nation. On that day we found out officially by the psychologist that Judah was dyslexic. I had been concerned for about 9 months that he was...I had heard on Good Morning one day what are some of the signs of dyslexia. Though I always watched my kids for dyslexia, Judah just didn't have the classic signs... like the turning of the letters B, D and P.  Everyone always looks for that, but Judah didn't do that. But he was behind in his reading. And wasn't progressing in a rate that was okay. So, we had him tested. And it was confirmed.
